Early Access Rate Lock: Users who subscribe during our early access period will lock in their subscription rate permanently, as long as their subscription remains active. This rate will not increase even as we add features or adjust pricing for new users.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
You retain all rights to the telemetry data, video footage, and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Your User Content will be retained in our systems for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your User Content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the AI-generated analysis, insights, or recommendations will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for your specific needs. You use the analysis at your own risk and discretion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IB NEXT AI, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
