Your AI race engineer

Turn every session into a data-driven debrief.

Upload your data and video. racely.ai breaks down each stint, finds where you're leaving time on the table, and turns it into corner-by-corner coaching notes you can actually use next session — no new hardware required.

Three steps, not three hours of analysis.

racely.ai lives between your data and your next session. It ingests what you already have, spots the useful patterns, and turns them into a simple game plan for your next stint.

1
Upload what you’ve already got

Drop in your log file, onboard video, and a few details about the session — track, car, tires, conditions. No new hardware, no new habits.

2
AI race engineer does the boring part

racely.ai syncs data and video, finds your best sectors, compares them against your average laps, and identifies where you’re leaving time on the table.

3
Get a debrief you can act on

Instead of a wall of traces, you get 3–5 clear focus items: which corners to fix, how to change your braking and throttle, and what to try next session.

Result: Less time hunting through graphs, more time knowing exactly what to change when you roll back out of pit lane.

From data to decisions…

Built for real track days, not just perfect laps.

racely.ai is designed around messy, real-world data: late starts, traffic, yellow flags, and the lap where you tried something weird in Turn 7. It pulls the signal out of the noise.

Personalized guidance

Every debrief is tuned to your pace, your car, and your level. No generic pro laps — just coaching that meets you exactly where you are.

Live telemetry & logs

Ingest data from tools like AIM, Garmin, and phone GPS apps so racely.ai can stitch together your best sectors and reveal your real potential lap.

Performance analysis

See where you're fast, where you're inconsistent, and where you're simply leaving free time on the table — corner by corner, sector by sector.

Race strategy & planning

Turn every session into a plan for the next one with 3–5 clear focus items you can actually remember when you're rolling out of pit lane.

Under the hood, racely.ai uses your own best laps as the baseline. The goal isn't to compare you to a pro you've never met — it's to help you become the best version of your driving.

Works with your existing gear.

racely.ai is designed to plug into the devices and apps you already trust. Start with whatever you have — logs, video, even hand-written notes — and we'll pull as much signal out as possible.

Your data stays yours. We don't sell your laps, traces, or videos — ever. Learn more here.

Supported data sources (early access)

In early access we’re focusing on a core set of tools and data types, and expanding based on what drivers actually use at the track.

Have a different setup? That’s exactly what early access is for. We’ll work with you to map your format into something racely.ai can analyze reliably.

Here's what you actually get…

What a racely.ai debrief actually looks like.

Here's an example from a fictional COTA session. Same structure you'll see in your own debriefs: headline number, 3–5 focus points, and a simple game plan for your next stint.

Circuit of the Americas track layout map
COTA – Sunday AM · Session 3
Lotus Evora GT · Street tires · 68°F · HPDE 3
AI race engineer notes
Best lap 2:33.4
Potential lap 2:32.1
Time on table 1.3s (from your own sectors)
  • T1 – brake release & rotation
You’re over-slowing by ~4 mph vs your own best micro-sectors. Release brake 5–7m earlier and aim for a slightly later apex. Car remains stable in every attempt.
  • T6–T8 – rhythm section
Your fastest laps come from a smoother steering trace, not more entry speed. Commit to one clean “reference lap” here instead of chasing outright pace.
  • T11 exit – earlier throttle
You’re ~0.4s late to full throttle compared to your best attempt. There’s margin once the wheel is straighter — roll into throttle earlier and trust the rear.
Next session game plan
  • Lap 1: focus only on T1 brake release and rotation.
  • Laps 2–3: apply earlier throttle at T11 once the wheel is straight.
  • Laps 4–5: tidy T6–T8 rhythm; don’t chase a hero lap yet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about racely.ai and how it works with your existing setup.

No! racely.ai works with data you're already collecting. If you have a data logger (AIM, Garmin Catalyst, RaceChrono, etc.) or even just a phone with GPS, you're good to go. We ingest the files you already have and turn them into actionable coaching notes. No new hardware purchase required.

Currently in early access, we support: AIM Solo 2/3, Garmin Catalyst, RaceChrono (phone GPS), and standard CSV exports from most data loggers. We also accept GoPro and other onboard video formats. If you have a different setup, reach out—early access is where we add support for new formats based on what drivers actually use.

Upload takes about 5 minutes. AI processing takes 10-15 minutes depending on session length. You'll have your debrief ready to review in under 30 minutes total—far faster than spending hours in analysis software or rewatching video trying to spot patterns manually.

Yes! If your sim exports telemetry (iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, etc.), racely.ai can analyze it the same way it handles real track data. This is a great way to practice racecraft and refine your approach before your next track day—or just get better at sim racing itself.

Traditional tools show you traces and graphs—racely.ai tells you what to do next. Instead of staring at overlapping speed traces trying to find patterns, you get 3-5 clear coaching notes like "brake 5m earlier in T1" or "commit to throttle sooner at T11 exit." It's the difference between data and decisions.

Absolutely. Your data, videos, and debriefs are yours alone. We don't sell data, share it with third parties, or use it to train models for other customers. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your data anytime. See our privacy policy for full details.

Early access users get direct access to the team. Email us at contact@ib-next.ai and we'll respond within 24 hours (usually much faster). We're actively working with early drivers to refine the product, so your feedback shapes what we build next.
